Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition received, including the original box. Products that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, the reason for the return, and your preferred resolution. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not supply return labels or reimburse return shipping fees.
For protection during transit, all products must be sent back in their original packaging, including the original shipping box. If the original shipping box is unavailable, we strongly recommend purchasing a suitable replacement. Items received damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Kindly check your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
