Shipping policy

At Agility Attire, we aim to deliver your order promptly and safely. All purchases are shipped within 24 hours using a fully tracked Royal Mail service, with estimated delivery between 2–5 working days.

We provide free UK shipping on orders over £200. At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom, and we appreciate your understanding.

For added peace of mind, you can select our optional shipping protection at checkout for £2.95. This covers your parcel against damage, loss, or theft in transit. Please note that we are not liable for parcels that are lost in transit or marked as delivered to a designated safe place chosen by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, or you believe it may be lost, please contact us at info@agilityattire.co.uk and our team will promptly investigate the matter with the courier.
